2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

We offer the following shipping options:

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.


3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan
  • Please ensure your contact number is active for order confirmation
  • Orders may be canceled if confirmation is not received

4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation message/email once your order has been shipped
  • Tracking number will be provided so you can track your parcel

5. Delivery Delays

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:
    • Weather conditions
    • Courier delays
    • Remote location issues
  • We are not responsible for delays beyond our control

6. Failed Delivery / Reattempts

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability:
    • Courier may attempt delivery again
    • Additional charges may apply in some cases

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with proof (photos)
  • If your package is lost in transit, we will investigate with the courier and assist you
